11月24日，incgamers放出了《暗黑破坏神3》的扑克牌牌面展示。这套扑克牌最初是在blizzcon上公布的，完整的是一套被称作Diablo III Poker Set的小箱子，里面一共包括2副扑克，4组筹码和5个骰子。有一位热心玩家购买并扫描上传了这套扑克的照片：
将扑克按顺序摆好后，背景是《暗黑破坏神3》的原画，上面还有一些字，像是游戏中的对白：
黑桃678：My blade sings for your blood Mortal
黑桃456：I will make weapons from your bones

10点以上的牌面图案是一些游戏中重要人物的原画，像泰瑞尔，恐惧，以及每个职业等等。而鬼牌（Joker）看起来很诡异，一个看起来很衰的Diablo印在上面，这次做不了Boss想必非常郁闷吧。
